ABOUT ME

Since the age of seven I have trained in Classical, Contemporary and Jazz Ballet. At ten years old I choreographed my first routine for the younger students for their end of year concert.

I first experienced Ballroom Dancing at the Ritz Dance Studio. After performing competition dancing I started teaching social lessons and then private lessons once turning Professional in 1995. In 2007, I began to teach Wedding Dance Lessons as my primary business. I also teach Ballroom Dancing group classes to children as young as six years old. For students at schools, lessons are conducted to large groups of children in their auditoriums. A beginner dance tuition package is available for students who have chosen dancing as an elective within the school program. I also create and choreograph end of year performances and am a current Blue Card holder.

My professional membership is with the Queensland Associated Dance Studios (Q.A.D.S.)

I have toured Japan with contracts dancing in Cabaret shows. I dance Salsa and Merengue and have a passion for Argentine Tango and the Entertainment Industry in general.

Other information you may like to know about your Instructor is that I have worked for seven years as a Flight Attendant and speak basic Japanese and am studying Spanish.
